Hi, I’m Jared, a software engineer specializing in systems architecture and game development. I thrive at the intersection of design and engineering, where well-designed architectures improve workflow and empower teams to create richer experiences.

I’m driven by the belief that strong technical foundations unlock creative freedom. Building runtime systems like modular combat frameworks and editor tools that let designers prototype faster, my focus is always on enabling teams to do their best work.

My background spans a range of collaborative and independent projects, including my capstone title Echoes in the Mists (featured at GDC and Imagine RIT), technical prototypes for procedural terrain and volumetric environments, and optimized AI behavior. I’m also the developer of Mosaic, a universal gameplay framework used across multiple projects to streamline feature development.

Outside of game development, I maintain a deep interest in software architecture, simulation, and how tools can augment the creative process. I hold an MS in Game Design & Development from RIT, where I focused on enabling scalable pipelines for small and mid-sized teams.

If you’re looking for a systems-focused engineer who cares about empowering teams and making great tools, feel free to check out my projects, dive into my research, or reach out to me here.

Thanks for visiting!
